Perfectly baked Pav Bun recipe that is quick, supersoft and most importantly scrumptious
Baking has become a new obsession for us at Basil Cantina. Lately, we have been busy baking carrot cakes, breads, and now buns. We were very happy how these pav buns turned out visually and gastronomically. Go ahead and try out this recipe this monsoon and score big points with your family and friends.
- All purpose Flour – 450 Grams
- Dry Yeast- 5 Grams
- Sugar- 2 Tea spoons
- Milk- 1 Cup Warm
- Butter-2 Table spoons
- Salt- 1/2 Tea Spoon
Prepare the dough by adding milk, sugar, dry yeast to maida . Knead for 10 minutes until the dough is super soft . Add butter and knead it again . Allow it to rise for an hour.
After it rises, make it into a round ball and cut into 8 portions. Place it on ovenware (apply butter) and allow it to rise again for 20 minutes. Brush the surface with milk. Bake it for 20 minutes at 180 degree celcius temperature.
Puffy Pillow Pavs are ready to be served.
